By using Zed Systems software, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to provide accurate business information where required for app functionality, reporting, compliance, and support.
Service purpose: Zed FuelOps provides fuel station operations, POS, reconciliation, procurement, billing, tax workflow, Smart Evidence Capture, audit visibility, and reporting tools. Zed Business OS provides broader business planning and SME tools.
User responsibility: users are responsible for entering accurate operational data, reviewing smart evidence output, verifying evidence before approval, and complying with applicable business, tax, employment, and petroleum regulations.
Availability: we aim to keep the platform reliable, but internet, hosting, third-party services, mobile money APIs, image reading quality, and device limitations may affect availability or accuracy.
